All prices are stated in SEK. Applicable shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before final order confirmation. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors prior to dispatching items, in which case you will be given the option to complete the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order free of charge.
3.1 VAT and customs duties
For deliveries within Sweden, value-added tax is included in the stated prices where required. For shipments outside Sweden, any customs duties, local taxes and import fees are levied by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Shipments rejected during customs clearance are handled as standard returns, with incurred shipping costs deducted from the refunded amount.

We accept payment via Bank transfer. No payment card or bank account details are stored in our web system.
4.1 Order placement and acceptance
Your order is registered when you complete the checkout process. An order confirmation containing the order number will then be sent by email. The binding purchase agreement only takes effect once the goods have been dispatched and a delivery confirmation has been sent to you by email. Until this point, we reserve the right to decline the order and refund any funds paid.
4.2 Failed or incomplete payments
An order where payment is missing or cannot be verified will not be processed. If cash on delivery or payment upon receipt is selected, unclaimed or rejected shipments are returned to us, whereupon the purchase is cancelled.

We remain responsible for the condition of the goods until the carrier has delivered them to you or to an authorized recipient at the specified address. The risk of damage or loss then transfers to you. Obvious transit damage must be reported to [email protected] as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours, accompanied by photographic evidence. Please ensure that the delivery address is stated correctly: for packages returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment, incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Returns, refunds and buyer protection11
You are entitled to return an item within 45 days of receipt in accordance with the terms set out on the returns and refunds page. Please request a return authorization number in advance and send the product exclusively to the address we provide. The refund covers the purchase price of the item. Original shipping fees are only refunded if the return was caused by our error or a defective item. The statutory right of withdrawal in your country of residence remains unaffected.

Delivered items must match the description on our product page and be in flawless condition upon receipt. In accordance with Swedish consumer sales law, a three-year statutory warranty applies to original manufacturing defects. Complaints cover packaging defects, incorrect contents, or defective jars and containers, but do not cover normal wear and tear, improper storage in damp or warm areas, or opened packages with a broken seal. Any item showing a manufacturing defect within the statutory warranty period in your country of residence will, following our inspection, be replaced, repaired or refunded. Normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused after delivery are not covered by this commitment.
